Prices are per calendar month and exclude VAT. There is no additional set up fee. Two forms of identification must be presented upon application: one in photographic form (e.g. passport or driving license) and the other must show the applicant’s home address (either a bank statement or utility bill from the last three months). The first month of tenancy should be paid in advance and is required to complete the application. The contract is based on a rolling monthly agreement basis.
